Baseball Trivia (General)/.300 switch hitters

Question
During a broadcast of a Cubs-Braves game, the announcers said only 4 men who were switch hitters hit better than .300. Pete Rose, Alberto Alomar, Chipper Jones and one was between 1919 and 1930. The announcers have not returned my e-mail request for an answer, so I am turning to you. Thank you-John Tipescu

Answer
John,

That cannot possibly be right. Even without research I know that Mickey Mantle, Pete Rose, and Eddie Murray hit .300 several times. Are you sure that is the question?

After running this question through my program, I find that 266 switch hitters hit .300 or higher since 1901. Between 1919 and 1930 alone, it happened 34 times.
