Baseball Trivia (General)/LA Dodgers Ballparks

Question
Tom,
Do you know if the LA Dodgers ever played a game in a small stadium 'before' playing in the LA Memorial Coliseum? As a kid, I seem to remember going to a game in the western part of LA that was in a small stadium, like what AAA teams play in. It might have been out near UCLA.

Answer
Roger,

The Dodgers have never played a regularly scheduled season game in LA anywhere but Dodger Stadium, and before that, the Coliseum. But they might very well have played an exhibition game somewhere other than those, quite possibly a park near what you remember. (If your memory is like mine, it can be pretty hazy about this sort of thing.)
