Question
Who holds the record as the tallest mlb player for the field position of second base?

Answer
Ann,

The tallest player ever to play a full season at second base was a guy named George Kelly, who played for the New York Giants in 1925 and stood 6 feet 4 inches tall. But if you're interested in just anybody who ever played 2nd base, there was a guy named Dick Hall who played 7 games at 2nd base for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1953. He was 6 foot 6 inches.
