Baseball Trivia (General)/Triple Steal

Question
Double steals in MLB are fairly common.  Has there ever been a successful triple steal?  I have yet to see one in a game.

Answer
Brad,

I'm very sorry I have not gotten back to you sooner. I thought I had answered this because I worked on it for about 30 minutes the other night. I had to go back and do all the research again, but this time I've got a fuller list for you. I'm sure this list is not complete. As you can see, though, it's highly unlikely that any of us will see a triple steal in a game. (The first team named is the one that pulled off the triple steal.)
