Question
Has any player ever hit a homerun for all of their at bats in a game?

Answer
Mike,

I'm assuming you mean official at bats and not plate appearances.

There are many, many people who hit home runs in just one or two at bats total in the game. I cannot go any further back than 1954 on 3 home runs in a game, but I can tell you that from then to now, 31 players have hit 3 home runs in 3 at bats.

With 4 home runs for four at bats, there are only two guys to accomplish this: Rocky Colavito on 6 June 1959 and Carlos Delgado on 25 September 2003.
