what is the min # of batters faced by a pitcher credited with pitching a complete game?

According to the Official Rules, a game is a regulation game after completion of four-and-a-half innings, if the home team is leading. So the minimum number of hitters would be fifteen--that is, the home team pitcher was perfect for five innings.
