Who was the first Canadian to pitch in a ML all-star game?

Hi Jim,

The first Canadian to actually pitch in an All-Star game was Fergi Jenkins, July 11, 1967. But the first Canadian selected as a pitcher for an All-Star game was Oscar Judd, who was on the 1943 NL squad but did not pitch in the game.
