A relief pitcher enters the game with bases loaded. First 2 batters hit ground ball fielders choice hits to the infield the force out at home is made on each hit. In pitching stats are the FC's hits?
To the best of my knowledge - a fielders choice is a time at bat so the pitching stats would reflect a time at bat and not a hit therefore the stats would show, in this instance, the pitcher faced two batters, 0 hits, 0 runs - both runners on third thrown out at home - a fielders choice in not scored as a hit
