Baseball Trivia (General)/Fewest HRs, 3000+ PAs

Question
what player (non-pitcher) has the fewest career home runs? should be I guess at least a 5 year career.

Answer
Kim, I just pushed a button to remind you to rate my previous answer to the question, which you have already done. Sorry about that. Just ignore.

Tom

Kim,

I considered only non-pitchers with over 3000 plate appearances; in most cases this works out to more than five years, but it's a good yard stick. Top of the list is Duane Kuiper, a second baseman for Cleveland and San Francisco, who had but a single home run in an 11-year career, over 3,700 PAs.

Here's a link to an extended list of hitters with five or fewer home runs in their careers and more than 3,000 plate appearances.
