how many detroit tigers pitchers have pitched both ends of a doulbe header and did he win both games.  around late 40's early 50's

 I could find no instances of a Detroit Tiger pitcher who pitched both ends of a double-header from the 1945 through 1952 seasons. It would have been a great surprise to me if I did. This practice was discontinued after the Dead Ball era.
