Baseball Trivia (General)/12 Worls Champion Dodgers Photos

Question
Tom,
I did some more research today and found that these photos had to be from the 1956 season after the Dodgers had won the series in 1955. This is because Randy Jackson didn't join the team until 1956. It had to be prior to the 1956 World Series which the Dodgers lost so that the photo pack could still be titled "World Champion Dodgers". I hope this helps. Thanks again.

Answer
Claudia,

Here are the answers I got from the people that responded to my query. I don't know how helpful they will be, but for what it's worth, it's more than either of us knew before.

==I don't recognize it, but WS memorabilia is endlessly varied.
My suggestion would be to write to Cooperstown, send xeroxes. They have a baseball history office, I'm pretty sure, and may be able to help.= with what it is, who produced it, when.   Probably not on value though.

==There was an issue in 1955 of the Dodgers and Golden Stamps, but all I've seen of those are color pictures...there are 32 in the series...here is a set checklist

==I've also found a reference to a "1955 Brooklyn Dodgers photo subset of 9" team issued photos.  It is part of something in an auction ending May 26.  I am trying to contact them and see what I can find out about the photos
