Hi Tom- The Chicago Cubs have managed to avoid a 3-game win streak so far this season.  Has a team ever gone an entire season without stringing together 3 wins?  And if so, what is the record for a 3-game win drought?  Thanks for your time,

Three game droughts have occurred a bazillion times in MLB history, and there are a few teams that never won three in row for the entire season. They are:

1962 New York Mets
1916, 1919, & 1943 Philadelphia A's
1942 Philadelphia Phillies
1937 & 1939 St Louis Browns
1952 Pittsburgh Pirates


Longest time without three wins in a row in a single season: 154 games. Both the following teams did not win three in a row till the last three games of the season.

1911 Boston Braves
1925 Boston Red Sox
