Baseball Trivia (General)/Ballpark most conducive to home runs?

Question
I read an answer re: which ballpark has seen the most home runs, but I was wondering which current ballpark is giving up the most home runs on a yearly basis - maybe top five.  In other words, which ballpark is most conducive to home runs?  Also, is there a big disparity for LH and RH hitters in the top five parks?

Answer
Hello- I am sorry to have seemingly ignored you, but I just went to my pending question file and found this glaring oversight.  Please accept my apology for this  unintentional shunning.
Now, as to your question: I am not a big park factor expert, but I do where you can find one such: SABR (the Society for American Baseball Research).  Go to their website and either post your question or ask for someone who might be able to help you.  (The entity which could answer you question to perfection and in a heart-beat, Elias, unfortunately disdains both giving out free information and dealing with the hoi polloi such as we).
Again, please accept my apology for my unintended snub.
