Can you tell me what the record for the most consecutive one pitch outs is?

Thanks for writing.

There is no such known record.  Although every pitch is carefully tracked today - and has for the past 20 years or so - prior to that we just don't have all the data to know how many pitches were thrown to any particular batter.
