Question
What's the career record for most consecutive at bats without getting hit by a pitch

Answer
Hi,

Thanks for writing.

Unfortunately, the closest record I could find is the record for most at-bats in a season without being hit by a pitch.  Sandy Alomar holds that record.  He had 689 at bats in 1971 with no HBP.  Alomar went from 6/29/70 to 4/30/77 without getting hit by a pitch.  A span of more than 3000 at-bats.  I don't know if this is the record though.

Sorry I couldn't have been of more help.

Best Wishes,

Geoff
