 As a Ranger fan, I hate the Yankees, but here goes. I stayed strictly to the position for which the player was known, except for the DH, where I figured I had a little latitude. Besides how can Joe DiMaggio be left off such a team? I also eliminated guys who have not played with the team for at least five years. There are other ways of cutting this: Ruth, for example, played more games in LF than Bob Meusel, but he played far more in RF.
