Howdy- a tough one indeed... Let's see...I do have some last names.
1947- Batboy: Jacobs Ball Boy: Carrieri
1948- Batboys: Jacobs and Carrieri
1949- Have misplaced my reference, but I'd bet Carrieri was one of them!
1950- Batboys: Carrieri and Padell
1951- Batboys: Carrieri and Cali
1952- Batboys: Carrieri and Mazidelis
1953- Batboys: Carrieri and Mazidelis
