Question
Was there ever a Pitcher for the Pirates with the last name of Medley? If so, I am interested in contacting him as he served during the Vietnam war with my father. I dont know his Full name, nicknames or even if he made it to the Big Leagues. Please help

Answer
There was a Doc Medich who played for the Pirates in 1976.  he also played for the Yankees, Mets, Athletics, Mariners, Rangers, and Brewers between 1972 and 1982.  He was born in 1948.  If this is him, you can write to any of those teams and possibly ask them to forward it to him.

I searched for any player named Medley on the Major League Baseball website and no one came up.  Sorry I couldn't help you there.
