Didn't Tim Naehring hit for the cycle for the Red Sox?  I believe he was the last player to do so for the Red Sox (I could be wrong about that).  Thus far, I can't find an answer.

 Tim Naehring never did it. The last Red Sox hitter to do this was John Valentin on June 6, 1996. Here's a list of everyone who's hit for the cycle for the Red Sox:
