Has there ever been a double header with one team playing two differant teams in the same day?

Yes.

It's happened twice:

Sept 25, 2000  at Jacobs Field, Cleveland Indians beat Chicago, 9-2, during the day and lost to the Twins, 4-3, in the evening.

Sept 13, 1951  at Sportsman's Park, St. Louis Cardinals beat NY Giants 6-4, then lost to Boston Braves 2-0.
