 Interesting question and interesting answer: the long and short of it is in the AL no home team has scored in all nine innings, but several have scored in all 8 innings as the home team.

 In the NL, several teams have scored in all nine innings, but in each case they were the visiting team. And no NL team has scored in all 8 innings as the home team.

Here are the numbers. I'm only listing since 1900, and the home team is listed second:
