The answer is most definitely Yes!.

In fact, 3 players have hit a grand slam home run in their first at-bat in the Major Leagues:

Kevin Kouzmanoff
Bill Duggleby
Jeremy Hermida.

Bobby Bonds (Barry Bonds' Dad) first home run was a grand slam hit in his first game (not his first at-bat though) as a Major Leaguer.
