Fred Carroll (Pittsburgh, A.A.), 5 July, 1886; Wibert Robinson (Baltimore, N.L.), 10 June, 1892; Joe Kelley (Baltimore, N.L.) 3 September, 1894 (his 9 hits were consecutive); Freddy Lindstrom (New York, N.L.), 25 June, 1928); Bill Terry (New York, N.L.), 18 June, 1929; Ray Morehart (Chicago, A.L.), 31 August, 1926; George Case (Washington, A.L.), 4 July, 1940; Jim Runnels ( Boston, A.L) 30 August, 1960 (it took him 25 innings to do it); LeRoy Thomas (Los Angeles, A.L) 5 September, 1961.
By the way, the most at-bats WITHOUT a hit in a double-header is 11 by Albie Pearson, 1 July, 1962.  the most hits in two consecutive double-headers is 14, by Ty Cobb in 1912 and Bill White in 1961.  the most hits by pitchers in a double-header is 8, by Yankee pitchers, 17 June, 1936.
 The most hits by a team is 46, by Pittsburgh, 8 August, 1922.  (The most hits by two teams?  73, Washington (41)
