Unfortunately, records about not stealing bases aren't recorded in terms of games played, they are stated in terms of at-bats. For instance, pitcher Mike Timlin has appeared in 980 games in his career with no stolen bases. He only has 7 at-bats though.
The record for most at bats in a season with no stolen bases is 677. Don Mattingly set this record in 1986.
