Question
in the history of baseball has anyone pitched all 3 games of a
triple header? i remember some obscure stat from my childhood

Answer
A number of pitchers, including Grover Cleveland Alexander, Ed Walsh, Cy Young and Carl Mays,  have pitched both games of a double header, but to my knowledge, there has never been a triple header in major league baseball.  

And even if there had been, I doubt that any pitcher could have pitched all three.
