Question
Hi, I'm so glad you are here to provide this service, I've been having a hard time figuring out this clue.  It goes as follows:

At 1139 you'd be halfway there.  Once figured out where to I go to get a photo of it?

Could it be a matter of latitude and longitude?  It's in the western us somewhere i think.  Look forward to hearing from you!
Thx!

Answer
Cheryl,

1139 does not coincide with the latitude of any US states on the atlas. See http://nationalatlas.gov/natlas/Natlasstart.asp for instance. It may refer to a longitudinal line of 113.9 degrees which border Utah and Nevada.

Depending on the context of the problem, it may also refer to time and have something to do with how far you have travelled.

Best,

Mathematical Induction. Complex numbers. Physics problems.
