Question
A company bought a new truck. each year the value of the truck depreciates by 20%. The value of the new can be multiplied by a single number to find its value at the end of four years.

b)find this single number as a decimal.

Answer
Okay obviously I don't know your maths skills so I'm going to assume you know some stuff. If I say anything you don't understand say. Basically, convert 20% to a decimal, which is 0.2. 0.2 is the amount it goes down by per year. As it's four years, you do 0.2^4, ie 0.2 to the power 4 (0.2 times 0.2 times 0.2 times 0.2. That's your answer!
