i have tried but still dont understand this how to change percentage to fraction e.g 20% = 1/5 how do you do this thanks

You have to make the bottom of the fraction 100.

So, then the percentage is the same as the top of the fraction.

Like 20% = 20/100

Then, you can cancel the fraction down, by dividing the top and bottom by the same amount each time.

20/100
divide by 20
1/5
