We'll use the fraction 3/5, and divide it by 2.

3/5 / 2/1

Step one is to take the reciprocal of the second fraction. The reciprocal is the flip-flop of the fraction.

Thus, we have 3/5 / 1/2.

Step two is to change the division sign to a multiplication sign.

Therefore, we have 3/5 x 1/2.

Step three is to multiply. Multiply the numerators together, and multiply the denominators together.

This gives us 3/10 (3 x 1 = 3; 5 x 2 = 10.)

Answer: 3/10.
