Question
what are the basic rules when using decimal points in basic division questions?

Answer
basic rule for decimals when doing long division is that you move the decimal in the divisor, so that you're dividing with a whole number.  For instance, 100 divided by .25, would be 10000 divided by 25.  Or, 125.6345 divided by .67, would be 12563.45 divided by 67.  make sense?
