if I study hard or I get rich then get A's.
There  P= study hard      Q= I get A's       R= I get rich
How the truth table can be made by this information.

Answer
In binary representation, let 1 be "true", 0 be "false".
The truth table for Q = P or R is given by

e.g., the entry "10" under PR means P=1,R=0.
