Rescale value x to run from c to d when it’s values run from a to b:

[-((-b c + a d)/(-a + b))] + [((-c + d)*x)/(-a + b)]

You may use the formula: a + (x-2)*(b-a)/(13-2)

where a and b denotes the min and max values of the rescaled data and x represents the actual data. The values 2 and 13 corresponds to the mi and max values in the original data.
