Question
Van you expound on the and, or with compound equations, Write down ever step in words and examples?

Answer
Myndie,

I'm not sure what level of detail you require in your answer, since you did not provide any example.

If you wish to understand the basics, or learn about "x AND y", "x OR y" truth tables, then may I suggest searching for "boolean algebra" at Google. It will give you plenty of information.

As you did not mention your education level, it's hard to make a suitable recommendation on what to read. Assuming that you are studying discrete maths or digital circuits, you may pick up something useful from [http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~dfg/hardware/HardwareLecture01.pdf]

This gives you an idea what a logic table looks like and how it is constructed. But I'm sure you'll find numerous examples from other websites as well.

Expertise

When I work through problems, I like to emphasize concepts which I believe are worth noting. I will try to answer questions in the following areas, but not at the advanced level. Algebra. Sequences & Series. Trigonometry. Functions & Graphs. Coordinate Geometry. Quadratic Polynomials. Exponential & Logarithms. Basic Calculus. Probability, Permutation and Combination. Mathematical Induction. Complex numbers. Physics problems.

Experience

I have worked as a teaching assistant in college. My hope is that more people will share knowledge without boundary, give help without seeking recognition or monetary rewards.
