Question
A perfect cube of aluminum was found to weigh 20.00g. The density of aluminum is 2.70 g/ml. What are the dimensions of the cube?

Answer
Formulas you'll need

D = M/V and volume of a cube = a^3 (where a = length of any side)

d = density
m = mass
v = volume

fill in what you know and solve for what you need

2.7 = 20/a^3  mulitply both sides by a^3
2.7a^3 = 20   divide both sides by 2.7
a^3 = 7.407   take the cube root of both sides
a = 1.949
