Question
I decided to mix colors when mixing jello mix. Each box contains 3oz and requires 1 cup of water twice (hot and cold). I used a scale and measured that the amount of powder I had was 2.2oz which I calculated should require 0.733333 cups of water twice. I'm not sure how to convert that into a fraction let alone into teaspoons or whatever might be need. Any ideas?

Answer
Convert 0.7333333 to a fraction?  Do you mean a "standard" fraction that you would
see on a measuring cup?  0.733333 is only slightly less than 0.75 which is 3/4 cup.

Or convert to ounces.  Since 1 cup = 8 ounces, we get 8 x 0.733333 = 5.87 ounces,
just a bit less than 6 ounces.

Or convert to teeaspoons.  There are 6 tsps to 1 ounce...so, there are 6 x 8 x 0.733333
= 35.2 tsps.

Or converting to milliliters (ml)...1 ounce = 29.57 ml
Thus, 8 x 0.733333333 x 29.57 = 173.4773 ml or about 173.5 ml

I hope this helps.
