Question
if i made a model building using 27 cubic units and the building is shaped like a cube how many cubic units are in each row/

Answer
Hello, John!

The volume of a cube is:  V  =  sł
where s is the length of a side of the cube.

Our cube has 27 cubic units (that's the volume).

We have:  sł  =  27  . . . so what is s?

s is the cube root of 27, or 3.

Therefore, there are 3 units in each row.
