A Managing Director
B Director of Account Servicing
C Account Director
D Director of Planning
E Creative Director

Please tell me how to know the answer?
Thanks!

Answer
To obtain the ratio, for each job description, divide the number of male employees by the number of female employees. Then, find the job title which gives the largest ratio.

Man. Dir. 312/194
Acc Serv  79/122
Acc Dir.  200/171
Dir. Plan. 20/9
Creative Dir. 313/26

You'll find (use a calculator, if need to) that the ratio is highest in the last category.
There're more males than females serving as creative
director.
