Answer
x^2 simply means x multiplied by x.
On your calc., just press [x] [*] [x].
Of course, x represents a variable, so you need to change that each time. You can consider a range of input values for x.

For example,
x={-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5}.
Now,
x*x={25,16,9,4,1,0,1,4,9,16,25}.
Finally,
y=3*x*x={75,48,27,12,1,0,...etc}.

Same approach for the second one.
