A cable service is being installed in a new subdivision.  The cable must cross a 12 m wide river and reach a point which is 30 m downstream from its starting point on the opposite bank.  It costs $26.50 per m to lay cable over ground and $82 per m under water. Describe the routing which will minimize the total cost.  State the minimume cost in your solution
