Basketball Instruction - pivot then dribble

Expert: Bret Temple - 11/21/2008

Question
I wanted to know if you could pivot then dribble the ball then take a step, dribble the ball, then take a step, then dribble the ball, and so on and so fourth. (only 1 pivot move)

Answer
HI Terrell,

I'm not really sure what your asking, but what it sounds like is dribble, then pick up your dribble and take a step, then dribble again, etc. Once you pick up your dribble, you can't take a step nor can you dribble again. If I'm miss-interpreting your questions, please ask again and clarify it a little more. thanks
