Basketball Instruction/How to contact scouts

Question
Dear Sir,
Regards
As an energetic proactive athlete, with a strong passion dedicated to Basketball, I send you this inquiry seeking for information. I'm a Lebanese Basketball player, used to play with the county's official team, & with my university team (Notre Dame University-Lebanon) and had extensive training in the official professional Lebanese basketball club: Champville. Currently I'm graduating from my University, and I'm moving to Nigeria, Abuja after 1 month for a Job Offer. Besides, my flexible time will allow me to pursue my great love to basketball and practice through official clubs under the supervision of professional coaches to develop my skills and gain more experience. With that, I ask you if you tell me how to let scouts from any region of the world recognize me or be able to contact me as an available rookie player. In other words, in what way i can be drafter to any team in any region of the world?
Briefly, Im Haytham Jaber from Lebanon, born in 1988. Height: 189 cm. Weight: 92 Kg. Very enthusiastic and eager to give basketball all my time.

I thank you in advance for your consideration, as I hope you will be able to provide me with the information I need as soon as possible.
Thanks

Answer
Hi Haytham,

I wish I had more information for you, however my expertise is not in this area. I would talk to your coaches and ask them. I would find out where offseason summer camps are for professional players, and show up, and see if you can walk-on and get noticed. I wish I knew more about the scouting system, but I do not. I'm sorry.

Best of Luck, and keep the passion alive, and you never know what can happen.
