Basketball Instruction - Open Hop on Better Basketball: 1 on 1 Offense

Question
I made a video of what they teach on the video but i think it is a Travel.  Can you tell me?

Better Basketball: 1 on 1 Offense Clip

Isn't this a travel???
They dribble and take a step then take another step and a hop.

Answer
HI Luke,

First of all, what I noticed in the video is that the first step is simultaneous with the first dribble, so that first step doesn't count. So technically it's not a travel because she only took one step then hopped. If I was going to call a travel it would be on the initial step if she put her foot down before the ball. It would have been an immediate travel call. But the jump stop is perfectly legal.
