Question Bret,
I know what a moving screen is that is typically called a couple of times a game, but is it a violation for the player dribbling the ball to closely fall a teammate in a more or less straight line when advancing the ball.
Thanks,
Paul

Actually no, it is not a moving screen. Typically in order for a moving screen to be called there MUST be illegal contact made by the player setting the screen. In other words, either they did not establish position before setting the pick or they used some part of their body, namely their arms to impede the defender from getting around them.
