Is it a violation when the team with the ball crosses the line with one foot and bounces the ball and then throws the ball behind the line.

Hi Christopher -
Your question is kind of vague, however I think I can answer it to your satisfaction.
The player with the ball has three points of contact with the court; ball - left foot - right foot.  All three points must cross half court in order for the half court line to be breached.
