Question
In your opinion, what do you think is the best circuit training combination for basketball? what sort of activities and exercises do you think are most suitable to involve in the circuit training? do you recommend a specific circuit? what are the basic things or qualities one needs to work on and improve for playing basketball?

1st, please consult w/a local expert who can be there with you (literally) at least the 1st few times you train - for safety purposes!

Curcuit training is quite possibly the most efficient way to improve strength conditioning, and it also enhances cardio conditioning.

Start with exercises that focus on major muscle groups, and alternate working opposite muscle groups. An example of this would be leg extensions followed by hamstring curls.

I could go on - but I really must insist that you seek coaching from someone who can be present during your training!
