Question
can you tell me what kind of training drills so I can practice before tryouts

Answer
Hi Danzel,

When coaches hold tryouts they are looking for the obvious first, talent. Then they look at potential talent, someone they are willing to work with and develop as a player. The next thing they are looking at is fundamentals. And last but not least and some coaches might look at this first is attitude. They want players with a positive attitude willing to work hard that puts the team first.

To answer your question I would work on my fundamentals, shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, defensive slides, and boxing out. The other thing I would do is make sure you are in shape. If you need specific drills write back and I will see what I can come up with. Good luck!
