Question
Hi,
So I'm 5'6 and I wanna be a point guard for my sophomore team in high school. i basically play basketball for 5 hours everyday. right now i ask you on what i need to improve and what exercises i should do to do this? i will give you some of the things i do and some weak points.
1) i shoot about 50-100 3-pointers a day and avg about 30%
2) my free throws are 67% i basically play 21 to try to help this out
3) i need help on driving in on the defense. i sometimes get nervous when i drive in, but the time im not i just get blocked or can't break the defense.
4) i need help on blocking shots (even though I'm 5'6 i would like to do this)
5) i need help playing man-to-man defense
6) i can't jump high, but i am fast.
i have so much potential and am willing to learn these. are the 5 things that trouble me most I'm my game of basketball
thank you for your time.
