Question
i am a sophmore in high school an play onh the varsity football team. i play running back and my dream in life is to play in the nfl. and tips you can give me.i would like to be a little bit faster aswell

Answer
Hi Jack,
Well my expertise is in Basketball not football, however, I did run track as a sprinter in high school, and conditioning is very important.  In addition, strectching every day and keeping limber also helps with speed and avoiding injury, especially in football. practice 30 and 40 yard sprints every day. do as many as you can, and then take a long run maybe a half mile or a full mile to keep your endurance up as well as your speed. Good Luck!!
