i was wondering if you can send me a 5 day a week weight lifting programme for basketball for developing muscle mass , strenght ,endurance and speed.

I would suggest that you consult a local strength and conditioning coach in-person. You should focus on major muscle groups only and I would suggest a curcuit routine.

For more specific info - I need more details about you.
