hi ive got my knee cheked with the doctors finnaly they said it wasent really anything major so they decided to give me some pills to stop those pain and told me to put nurofen gel so its makes the knee in better shape apprently he thinks there might be little stretch in the muslce just under the patella which he is goin to chek with other radiologist and see if they can detct anythin but so far my knee is actully getting better then before and i feel more confident with my jump and my gym coah is also helping me with those power cleans and explosive jumping techniques thanks for those list i think it is being helpfull my next game is in 2 weeks and another school to school game in 4 weeks wish me best of lucks and finally have got any suggestions on how many reps i should be doin with each of those drills that u gave me? and anythin else i shoudl be doing to improve other areas in basketball that u can think of?

ok then il try and find sometime im realli busy with studies as well cause ive got exams comming up...plus i hate goin to doctors..its not realli mushc of a pain...its juzt a sore knee dat i developed back at my old place when i was desperate to jump high cuase iw as shorter then everyone..i used ankel weights upto 7kg each leg.. i knew dat was bad i but i couldnmt help myself...that never realli effected me until now when i moved into a new state after not ahving to play bbal properly fo atleast a week..i dont knoe.. i had other peopl;e telling me lyk my physics teacher he said if u try to do it in one motion ul be able toe scape gravity much mroe...haha i dunno what he realli meant on that but do u think you could juz give me something to work on or atleast tell me if there is any special way i should learn to jump ...? i would apreciate it..  juzt before i goto to the docs...thx.

I am glad to hear the knee is okay....It's good to hear that your coach is helping you with the workout. I would do each of the drills three times with 8-12 reps. It is your call but usually the rule of thumb is the more weight or resistance the less reps and just the opposite for less weight or resistance more reps.
